We ship all over the United States!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the product type.
If it’s a Pre-Order, shipping is normally 7-14 business days from the closing date of the pre-order.
If it’s a Custom Design or Homecoming Mum Tee, shipping normally takes 2-4 business days plus processing time depending on your location. Processing Time differs with each custom order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order with that tracking number.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
YES! We offer Free Shipping on everything listed on the website except for large, framed, burlap embroidery wooden frames.

How do I return an item?
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not have a return policy. If there is a issue with your order contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our email is poppieanntx@yahoo.com

What is the difference between Embroidery and Appliqué?
Embroidery is done by an embroidery machine used to create a design, name, initials, etc. out of thread.
Appliqué is the process of sewing down fabric shapes on top of a solid piece of fabric (like a shirt) with a machine made for appliqué.
Where are you located? Do you have a store I can shop in?
We are located in Vidor, TX. We do not have a store for you to shop in. We are a small, family owned, online business
I have a Porch Pickup. What are directions to your house?
FOR PORCH PICKUPS…..
Porch Pickup Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We have recently installed a security gate. If the gate is closed and you’re picking up an order during normal hours TEXT me at 409-284-3337.
My address is 6502 Ray Willey Road, Vidor, TX. If you go to Google Maps and type in Poppie Ann TX it will bring you right to my house. There is a Black Plastic Tote on my front porch. All the pickup orders are in that tote. Look for the tag with your name.
If you use any other app it will tell you to go to the dead end and get out and walk. Don't do that!
For anyone that doesn’t have Google Maps here are directions. Once you’re on Ray Willey Road. The house numbers are not in order on Ray Willey Road! Go down Ray Willey Road through a wooded section, you will go over a little bridge then the road will curve to the right. Straight ahead is a gravel road with 7 mailboxes and a security gate. The gate will be open during pickup hours. Drive down the gravel road slowly please. You will pass 2 Single Wide Trailers on your left side, then a Red Brick house on your left side with a shop on the right hand side. A little ways past the brick house will be an open gate, drive through it. Right after you go through the gate the road splits, there is a metal sign that sits off the road that is shaped like a house with the numbers “6502” and a arrow. Take the gravel driveway on the right with the metal sign. It dead ends into my house. It’s a grey double wide with a big cedar garage and front porch. There will be a Black Tote on the front porch with all the porch pickups inside it. Look for the tag with your name.
